Program ManagerResponsible for the performance of a relatively significant program or multiple smaller programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. Oversees the technology development and/or application, marketing, and resource allocation within program client base. Program area typically represents more than three functional areas such as engineering, systems analysis, quality control and administration. Also responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned programs and for supporting new business development by leading proposals. Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and twelve to fifteen years of related (technical environment) experience. Management experience.
Supply Chain ManagerManages and directs several of the following supply chain activities for unit/division: production planning, material procurement, inventory control, rate setting, outsourcing, vendor selection and retention, expediting, analyzing, and distribution. May negotiate with third party providers. Manages the organization's supply chain function including the purchase and procurement of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Coordinate production planning, warehousing/storage, and product distribution. Direct the negotiation of contracts and ensure inventory levels are maintained. Work closely with other departments as well as with retailers, distributors, transporters, storage facilities, and suppliers. Broad business background with strong skills and experience within a functional area. Requires a bachelors degree and ten to twelve years experience
